Naomi Alter Ego is a virtual influencer made with AI. This site (naomialterego.com) is run by her creator, who decides how your details are used and is responsible for them. You can reach them at almostperfectgf@gmail.com.

The short version

• Join the list and I keep your email, first name, interests and consent. That's it.
• Chat messages go to OpenAI to write each reply. This site doesn't keep them.
• No advertising trackers and no cookies. Your details aren't sold or shared for marketing.
• You can leave the list or have your details deleted whenever you like.

What I collect

When you join the email list:

• your email address and first name;
• the interests you pick;
• that you confirmed you're 18 or older and agreed to receive emails, with the time you agreed;
• where on the site you signed up.

If you use the chat, the site counts how many messages you send each day so it can apply the daily limit. It stores the count, never what you wrote.

Like any website, the hosting provider also handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

What it's used for, and why

• Emails about Naomi Alter Ego: updates, behind the scenes and the occasional announcement. I rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• The chat: to let list members chat for free and keep usage within a fair daily limit.
• Running the site safely: technical data is used only to deliver pages and prevent misuse.

Your details aren't sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Chatting with me

The chat is free for people on the email list. Replies are written by AI, not by a person. Each message you send goes to OpenAI, first through a safety check and then to write a reply. This site doesn't store your messages: your conversation lives only in your own browser, and clearing your browser data removes it. OpenAI handles the messages under its own terms for API users, which say it may keep them for a limited time to detect abuse and doesn't use them to train its models by default.

Please don't share personal details such as your address, phone number, passwords or payment details in the chat.

Who else handles your details

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the email list.
• OpenAI writes chat replies and runs the safety check.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.

Your browser

The site uses no cookies. It saves a few things in your browser's local storage so the site works as you'd expect: your chat pass and first name once you've joined, your recent chat messages, and whether you turned off motion. They stay on your device and you can clear them at any time.

How long I keep it

List details stay until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and are then removed. Daily chat counts are linked to your list entry and are removed with it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time, and ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you, by writing to almostperfectgf@gmail.com. I'll reply as soon as I can, and within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict how your details are used, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Adults only

This site is meant for adults. The email list and chat are only for people aged 18 or older, and I don't knowingly collect details from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has signed up, let me know and I'll delete their details.

Other sites

Fanvue, Instagram and X are separate services with their own privacy policies. This notice doesn't cover them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear here with a new date. If a change affects how your list details are used, you'll hear about it by email first.
